Sauerkraut
is a traditional product in the Serbian market, as well as in other
lands in our region. Sauerkraut is the cabbage that is bio-fermented,
so it can be ready for consuming for a longer period of time than the
fresh cabbage.
Technological process of production of the
bio-fermented cabbage (sauerkraut) includes the application of the most
modern procedures and quality norms.
Packaging:
***Vacum foil bags 1.5-3.5 kg in carton boxes :heads ,sheets, cut-strips
***Bulk Cabbage heads ,155 kg netto in plastic barrels (96 barrels on truck)
